Smart algorithm

The Human Resource Module provides a fast number of different criteria that enables you to categorize the education, skills, limitations, and purpose of a staff member. On the other hand, the Employee Scheduling Module utilizes this HR-dependent skills and limitations and uses Resource-Requirement configurations that define a bandwidth of required skills where it can separate from a perfect match to slightly over or under qualified. Planed work efforts are then linked to this requirement profiles. This enables a highly configurable algorithm to work along a smart matrix between available resources and their skills with vacant work along a given timeline.

Manage Resource Pools

You can organize your staff in Resource Pools, this provides an ideal construct to separate your work force for various purpose, like managing planning for different branches or departments of your organization. Resource Pools also provide a standard set of constraints that are applied to a staff member working in this group. For instance, the maximum allocated worktime or what workday pattern the employee is contracted for. These conditions act as a default value for every resource within the pool. Whenever necessary these conditions can be overridden for a particular staff member or can be altered for a limited time, to limit constraints, for instance when sickness or an accident forces your employee for a partial or complete absence.

Work hours and leave time

The Employee Scheduling Module provides a management tool to organize leave time of your resources or mark them as 'unavailable' for a given time, for instance when they’re busy with a special project or an advanced training to keep them free of work allocated from the work plan. Furthermore the Employee Scheduling Module tracks every allocated workhour from your staff and you can use the in-built time-recording tool or connect our Module with your preferred time-accounting system.
